As we all work to prepare for and address the rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus, we wanted to assure you that all of us at Stockham, Cooper & Potts, P.C. are fully prepared and that we will continue the same excellent care and attention you have come to expect for the matters you have entrusted to us. We have activated our emergency response plan so that our work for you can continue in a seamless and uninterrupted way even if circumstances require that we be away from our office.

Our normal operations will not be impacted, and we will continue to be fully available to you by phone and e-mail.

The normal operations of the Courts have been impacted and some Court schedules have been modified. We are closely monitoring the various courts throughout the state and will continue to update our calendaring to protect your interests.

We continue to assess the information and advice from the CDC, WHO, and state and local governments, and we will be attentive to their recommendations.

We remain hopeful this period of uncertainty will be resolved very soon and with minimum amount of impact to the health of our citizens.
