In October of 2020, Shareholder Jay Potts and Associate J.T. Salmon successfully obtained an Order granting partial summary judgment in favor of a tractor trailer client in federal court. After review of the briefs and responses, the Court entered an Order dismissing all plaintiff’s claims for wantonness and wanton/negligent entrustment, hiring, training and supervision.
